Ateliers d’Art de France unites over 6,000 French artisans, selected using three criteria: 1. All pieces handcrafted in an atelier in France. 2. Technical mastery of a specific savoir-faire. 3. Creativity and quality of the pieces.
In a historic building dating from the end of the 19th century, Barnabé Richard conceives his projects in a calm and soothing environment which allows him to let his imagination express itself and take form. The varieties of the chosen woods come from forests handled in an environmentally friendly manner and the scraps of wood are recycled after use.
For a year now, Margot Dupif, interior decorator, has joined the company to extend the services and skills of the workshop. Both Margot and Barnabé are graduates of the highly prestigious Ecole Boulle, School of Art and Design in Paris.
