Nature is my main source of inspiration. Between sky and water, glass can make every possible nuance visible, tangible, and freeze them forever in time.
Cyrille Morin operates in the space in between—between solid and liquid, between earth and sky, between here and there. At once transparent and opaque, delicate yet powerful, his glass sculptures capture a corner of sky, turn evanescent clouds into tactile masterpieces. The swirling surfaces reflect and refract the changing light, the sensuous curves beckon.

His glass sculptures are an invitation to travel beyond the horizon, following the paths of cloud gazers to imaginary lands.

After graduating from the School of Beaux-Arts in Versailles, Morin went on to study the art of stained glass in Chartres, in the shadow of the city’s medieval cathedral with its celebrated stained-glass windows. After perfecting various glass-working techniques, he chose glass casting to create his magical chefs-d’oeuvre.
