Eric encourages us to look more closely at the world around us, giving each of his items a unique identity. He builds his “bidons” or “cans” one at a time, first rolling out the porcelain like a pie crust 2-3 mm thick, then slicing it into rectangles and circles which he shapes, fires, paints and re-fires.
