Product details
The girl rises like a flower from a single stem, like the Little Prince’s rose. Her long hair falls about her face in gentle locks. Like the material of which she is created, she is delicate, forged from thin wire, yet at the same time strong and resilient, hammered on a blacksmith’s anvil. The single touch of color in her red lips is the subtle accent that brings the portrait to life.
A wire sculptor (fildeferiste, in French) is like a tight-rope walker, following the fine line to its conclusion.
