The stoneware clay used to create these dishes is made in their own workshops using natural mineral materials from France. Each piece is unique because each one is shaped and enameled by hand. The high-temperature firing, at 2282°F/1250°C, endows the items with excellent sealing quality, solidity and inalterability, and makes these pieces ideal for preparing, cooking and conserving food.
