Note: Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx or UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

To obtain a shipping quote, proceed to check out to reserve your piece. You will not be charged at this time. Within 48 business hours, you will receive a shipping quote via email for your approval.

The shipping is Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Our price will not include taxes and duties at checkout. As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country into which you have the item(s) shipped. It may be necessary for you to pay all fees to release your order from customs at arrival. These fees are not known prior to customs clearance and are in addition to price and shipping costs you are charged.

To complete your purchase, you are required to acknowledge that any customs, duties and taxes that apply are your responsibility.

Processing and shipping times vary according to the item purchased (Available now or Uniquely made-to-order) and the shipping destination.

Available Now Items– Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days when item is in stock. However, some items may be processed faster, while others might take more time, particularly if they require special packaging or handling.

Uniquely Made-to-Order Items – Delivery time is displayed clearly on each item’s website page and will depend on the time required for the creator to make it.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online.
Shipping times given are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, shipping delays due to customs clearance are not uncommon. Although we do not have control over customs delays, feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

All our pieces are made in France and shipped worldwide. Many steps go into transporting fragile, one-of-a kind pieces from our location to your shipping destination. Large, fragile, and one-of-a-kind items require more time and care to ensure they get from us to your destination safely.

We ship all pieces from our ateliernovo warehouse using specific boxes and crates to protect your order. Glass and marble items are usually crated, and other delicate items may be crated with a custom foam insert or wrapped in a blanket for additional protection.

All packages must be accepted and signed for upon delivery. Due to the valuable nature of our objects, ateliernovō packages should not be left unattended and should be inspected immediately.

For security reasons, all ateliernovō packages are personally delivered to their recipients and require a signature. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox.

Large Pieces – for large pieces, we partner with specialized shipping providers to ensure a seamless delivery.

Multiple Items – If you order more than one item, they are shipped in one box whenever possible. However, to ensure best shipping protection, we may elect to ship each item in individual boxes.

Furniture orders often take longer to arrive due to the logistics of shipping larger pieces. In addition, most furniture pieces are delivered by white glove services which will need to make an appointment with you for in–home delivery.
