What should I do if an artisan offers me a better price if I complete a transaction outside ateliernovo.com?
artisans who ask you to purchase a piece you found on ateliernovo.com directly from them rather than on our site are violating the terms of their agreement with ateliernovō. This agreement states that when a customer contacts an artisan about a piece he or she found on ateliernovo.com, the order shall be placed on ateliernovo.com.
How do I place a hold request on an object?
Send your hold request to tr[email protected] with product code and requested hold period.
When we agree to place an object on hold for you, we will send you an email that the piece is on hold for you and for how long. Other customers will see that the object is on hold and they will not be able to purchase it during your hold period.
We understand that holds don’t always result in a purchase. But remember that when we are holding a piece for you we are forgoing the chance to make the sale to another customer therefore only request holds when you’re serious about buying an object.
If you place a piece on hold and then decide not to purchase it, contact us immediately so we can end the hold and offer the piece to other customers.
Can I place an ateliernovō Trade order online?
Yes! You are able to place your Trade orders online. With your personal Trade Code, you can place your orders online thus benefiting from the Trade Program Discount. You’ll need to provide your Trade credentials (your personal Trade Code and associated email address). Trade program pricing will be reflected when you place items in your cart.
How do I receive a quote?

Which industries and professions qualify for ateliernovō’s Trade program?
Our RH Trade program is offered to residential interior designers, architects, and professional home stagers who work directly with their clients.
Do I receive an ateliernovō Trade card?
No. Once your Trade application has been processed and verified, you will receive a welcome email that includes your Personal Trade Code. Processing takes 48-72 hours.
How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfers or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice. Please allow additional processing time for orders that are paid by check.
Does ateliernovō charge sales tax?
Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, ateliernovō will charge the sales tax associated with the delivery location.
If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of ateliernovō and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number we also require a copy of the completed certificate. You may submit this to [email protected] and reference your personal trade code.
